As President of Microsoft Latin America and Corporate Vice President of Microsoft Corporation, César Cernuda oversees a business, which includes 35 offices in 18 countries with more than 2,500 employees and 80,000 business partners. He is responsible for all of Microsoft’s products, services and support offerings across Latin America and accelerating the company’s current transformation to being the leading productivity and platform company for the mobile-first, cloud-first era. A key area of focus for Cernuda is to enable Microsoft’s customers in Latin America to accelerate their business growth, as they embark on their own journey of digital transformation.

Prior to his current role, Cernuda was the President of Microsoft Asia Pacific. In this role, he led the company’s commercial and consumer products, and service and support offerings to meet Asia Pacific’s aggressive consumption of cloud, mobile, big data and social technologies. His key task was to guide Microsoft’s current transformation from a primarily on premise software business to a mobile-first, cloud-first company.

Latin America is familiar territory for Cernuda, since he previously was Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Services for Microsoft in the region. In this role, he was responsible for managing the overall business in the region. He drove commercial and consumer marketing strategies, in addition to services and business processes to support Microsoft’s business units and partners. Under his tenure, the Microsoft Latin America Area Headquarters won the Alfred P. Sloan Award for Business Excellence in Workplace Flexibility in 2011 as a result of use of a flexible and effective workplace strategy to increase business and employee success. In 2012, Cernuda was invited to the Microsoft Executive Bench, a distinct honor given to a select number of top Microsoft executives.

He also served as the Worldwide Vice President of Microsoft Business Solutions Sales and Field Operations. He oversaw the Microsoft ERP & CRM business worldwide. He was a member of the executive leadership team Worldwide Dynamics division and worked directly with the product teams to ensure subsidiaries were supported to meet their goals and drive customer satisfaction. He was also the highest-level executive responsible for sales performance.

Before taking that position, Cernuda was Vice President of Microsoft Business Solutions International, taking care of sales and marketing business worldwide, except North America. He was responsible for sales, presales, channel, marketing, product, support and services. During this time, he was a member of the Microsoft International executive board.

Cernuda was also General Manager for Microsoft Business Solutions Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). He also held several positions at EMEA headquarters, including as Director of Small and Midmarket Solutions & Partner group. In this role, he worked on the merger between the former Navision A/S and Microsoft Corp. and led the licensing compliance management. He joined Microsoft Spain in 1997, where he led the SMEs group for Spain launching bCentral, an online Web services portal. This was awarded as best product of the year in Spain and best internal worldwide initiative at Microsoft.

Gilberto Caldart is president of Mastercard’s Latin America and Caribbean region since 2013. As president, Gilberto is leading efforts that place the company at the forefront of the payments industry in the region, by using technology to transform the way people, governments and businesses buy and pay for things.

Gilberto is a member of the Mastercard Management Committee, and a member of the Junior Achievement Americas Board of Directors.

Prior to his current role, Gilberto was president of Mastercard’s GeoSouth Division, where he managed the company’s operations in Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, Peru, Bolivia and Brazil – a top global market for Mastercard. He served as a board member of the Brazilian Credit Card Association (ABECS) during this time.

Before joining Mastercard, Gilberto spent 26 years at Citigroup in various leadership positions in Brazil and New York. Most notably, he led Citi Brazil’s Retail Banking division, Consumer Finance and Cards business for over six years. During his time at Citigroup, Gilberto was on the boards of Credicard and Redecard, where he played a critical role in the restructuring of the Credicard Group in Brazil. He was also a member of the Redecard Board of Directors, where he was involved in the company’s IPO transformation.

Gilberto is a graduate of the Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Program. He also has an MBA from Duke University, Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil.

Dave Dadoun is an Assistant General Counsel at Microsoft. He is focused on leading the company global strategy on enabling regulatory compliance for financial institutions and in other regulated sectors in involving cloud computing. Working with engineering teams, regulatory affairs, sales organizations and legal teams worldwide, he has helped craft a unique compliance program exclusively for financial institutions to help meet the appropriate level of supervision, and ongoing monitoring needed for banks and financial services regulators from a risk assurance perspective.

He also serves as a leader on broader Trusted Cloud initiatives, including regulatory, compliance and legal frameworks, for Microsoft to remain a thought leader and innovator in this new cloud paradigm. Prior to his current role, he served as general counsel for Microsoft’s Small Midmarket Solutions and Partner organization, and from 2001-2010 served as competition counsel, working on the U.S. Department of Justice antitrust case and follow-on European Commission case. During that time, he was appointed to serve as the compliance officer under a federally mandated consent decree from 2002-2006, and then led antitrust counseling and defended the company in numerous competition investigations in Europe, residing in Paris, France from 2006-2010.

Kevin Greenfield

Kevin Greenfield is the Director for Bank Information Technology for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency’s (OCC) Operational Risk Policy Division. In this role, he manages the team responsible for developing, communicating, and interpreting policies for the OCC’s supervision of technology operations at financial institutions. Kevin represents the OCC on several interagency groups, including the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council’s (FFIEC) Information Technology Subcommittee, that are focused on coordination and development of information technology risk management supervisory guidance for topics such as information security, resiliency, technology operations, corporate governance, and independent risk management.

In 2014, New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio appointed Mr. Schlein to serve as the Chairman of the NYC Economic Development Corporation, which encourages economic growth throughout New York’s five boroughs and facilitates investments that build capacity, generate prosperity, and catalyze the economic vibrancy of city life as a whole.

Mr. Schlein has graduate and undergraduate degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa.
