Dan is responsible for collaborating and engaging with the industry to define and prioritize payments systems improvements that advance the speed, efficiency and security of payments from end to end. His accounts include the top 25 financial institutions in the country, as well as payment networks and alternative payment providers. Dan has spent the last several years working closely with financial institutions on their efforts to migrate payments to electronics and improve the efficiency of the payment system. He has over 20 years of experience in payments, sales, marketing and management in the financial services industry.

Kathleen Oldenborg

Kathleen Oldenborg is Director for Payments Systems Risk Policy at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC). In this role, Ms. Oldenborg is responsible for recognizing, measuring, monitoring, and reporting payment risk, developing metrics for payment risk exposure, training examiners in payment risk, and ensuring that banks keep pace with advances in payment technology and delivery channels.

Her team monitors mobile payments, virtual currencies, big data, and crypto-currencies to determine when the industry is ripe for guidance. Agora was founded in 2000 and sold in 2008 to Bradesco, for U$500 million. Orama was founded in 2010 and sold in 2014, after being awarded by Amazon with the Innovation Recognition in Las Vegas, at the Re-invent in 2013. It was the first financial institution totally on the cloud in the world. Horn is also an angel investor in 25+ companies, a board member on 10 of them, including Wayra Accelerator (Telefonica), and a voluntary mentor at Endeavor. He is the editor of Finnovation, the main blog about Fintech in Brazil and writes the column “Seu bolso na Era Digital” at Jornal Estado de Sao Paulo.

Horn, as one of the pioneers of Fintech in Brazil is known as a guru in that area. In 2016 he was a speaker on 46 Conferences and Events in Brazil and abroad, talking about Fintechs, Digital Banking, and Open Innovation.

Michael Scheibach

Tonatiuh Barradas

Marshall Swatt

Marshall Swatt is an entrepreneur with extensive fintech experience. He has held roles as a founder, CEO, COO and CTO. In addition, he has consulted for a number of startup and Fortune 500 companies in New York City over his career.

In early 2013, he co-founded Coinsetter, Inc., a NYC-based bitcoin and digital currency exchange. Coinsetter raised close to $2MM in several rounds of seed funding. He led Coinsetter’s acquisition of Canadian Competitor Cavirtex before selling the company to Kraken in January of 2016.
Prior to Coinsetter, Marshall was a senior consultant on the development of Citigroup's institutional FOREX trading platform. He also led the design and development of Opt-Intelligence's successful real-time advertising platform. He was a consultant on the development of a real-time SMS inter-carrier messaging platform that was eventually sold to Real Networks.
